CrossPoint Worship is a collection of theologians, leaders, musicians, and creatives provoking God’s people to worship Jesus with their full attention, affection, and devotion.
CrossPoint is a growing family of churches reaching rural Kansas with the good news of Jesus. The gospel fuels our unique expression of worship in each community that God has us in.
Jason Waller became CrossPoint’s Lead Worship Pastor in 2023. Joining with a Central Team of Worship Leaders, they began building a worship culture that is theologically rich in content, beautiful in expression, holistic in engagement, with a collective heartbeat to develop and disciple other leaders in worship ministry.
From coaching leaders, to crafting training content and opportunities, to writing new songs for the church to leading worship for conferences and camps and more, we’ve been honored to help people in their worship of Jesus.
Our Team
Jason Waller | Lead Pastor
Jason founded CrossPoint Worship in 2024 with a passion to see holistic worshipers formed in the church and gospel-centered worship leaders developed and deployed in the local church. Jason serves the ministry through vision casting, teaching, songwriting, and leading in various capacities for events, camps, and conferences.
Hunter Koonce | Director
Hunter joined CrossPoint Worship in 2026 as the Director, serving as a catalyst to advance the mission and scale its capacity for kingdom impact. He oversees strategic operations and develops organizational systems that support sustainable growth. Hunter is passionate about cultivating worshipers and leaders who are formed in both heart and practice.
Luke Casada | Media & Production Manager
Luke serves as the Media & Production Manager for CrossPoint Worship, where he oversees Live and Studio production and all media creation to help support and amplify the ministry’s mission. Luke is passionate about creating music and resources to dwell richly in the hearts and minds of the people of God to equip them to live as Everyday Missionaries.
