Cohorts
A cohort is a short-term, small group development pathway focused around leader support, ministry competencies, and skill equipping. Participants engage in study, independent course work, and group discussion, and receive personal teaching, coaching and training. The aim of a cohort is to help leaders be well-rounded in their understanding and ability, encouraged and supported by peers and fellow leaders, and confident and capable to carry out their ministry in their context.
